Pirelli Historic Rally

The Pirelli Historic Rally, turned out to be a good event for Connaught customers.

Firstly the overall winner was using Warrior/Holbay 16v power. Second was the 2.0lt Holbay warrior built by CCE for Jason Lepley. Closely followed by Dick Slaughter in his 2.0lt BDG also by us. In forth was yet another Holbay power Escort driven by Rupert Lomax.

The 16v unit is now proving to be the engine to have. It 's drivability and cost effective maintance programme making it the rally drivers choice in historic rallying.

Well done to all Warrior/Holbay drivers in the rally last weekend.
