Rodney Eyles took his Ralt-Hart/Connaught RT3 (pic - everleyphotography.co.uk) to another Historic class win as the TTC Group Midland Hillclimb Championship visited Gurston Down for the first time on July 22. Eyles, who won the class championship within the main series last year, has remained the leading pre-1986 racing class contender throughout the 2012 season. With three of the ten rounds left to run, of the 100+ scoring competitors Eyles now lies second overall on the main Midland Championship table.
